Rabi Aziz Chief Executive Officer of OCMBC, Inc. (OCMBC); he founded the corporation in 1992.  Mr. Aziz leads OCMBC, an emerging financial institution, focused on serving consumers and smaller mortgage lenders and broker by offering a range of diverse and flexible mortgage packages for customers with a variety of backgrounds and needs, while maintaining commitment to helping families and individuals achieve the dream of home ownership, through its lending platforms.  

Mr. Aziz has over 25 years of management experience, which has lead to extensive knowledge of the Prime, Alt-A, FHA and VA industry. Areas of expertise include national residential production (correspondent, wholesale and retail), accounting, secondary marketing, credit risk, underwriting, warehousing, loan delivery, human resources, quality assurance, compliance, strategic planning and tactical execution.

Mr. Aziz is noted as a seasoned mortgage executive, with broad experience in both new operation startups, and “turn-a-rounds” of mortgage companies. Mr. Aziz is a competent and technically sound professional with a proven track record in Strategic and Tactical planning initiatives for management, production and operations.

OCMBC is among the nations leading retail and wholesale mortgage bankers and offers a broad range of loan programs to its’ lending partners and consumers.  OCMBC offers its’ lending partners innovative support and loan services through its’ centralized operations located in Tustin, California.

Under Mr. Aziz’s leadership, OCMBC continues to pioneer new frontiers in mortgage lending, and continues to further expand its’ existing multi-channel of financial services platform, with focus on consistent performance and delivery of investment quality loan products.
